In a world revolved around convenience, its nice to stop and enjoy the little things. Summer, which just happens to be my favorite season, is filled with those little things. Popsicles, fireworks, barbecues, watermelon . . . you name it, summers got it! And what's a warm sunny afternoon without a delicious ice cream sandwich?

For the do-it-yourself types, you can buy a set of three ice cream sandwich molds at your nearest Urban Outfitters. The set includes three different shaped molds, including a heart and a star. Make them for a group, for your date, or just for yourself! Either way they are sure to taste as delicious as they look.
